Our company is currently seeking ​a permanent tax preparer/accountant. Will be responsible for 1040, 1120, 1065, etc. tax preparation. Individual will also need to be able to complete the necessary write-up to prepare these returns. Additional duties will include some payroll preparation, sales tax and other general accounting, including preparation of financial statements.

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
