Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused
Stand-Up Reach Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up reach forklift to pick, pull, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and adherence to all safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Operate a stand-up reach forklift/order picker to pull and stage orders.
- Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order specifications.
- Load and unload pallets, cases, and materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Requirements: - Previous experience operating a stand-up reach forklift/order picker (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse environments (temperature, height, etc.).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
