PEDIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Snelling Staffing is seeking an experienced Pediatric Medical Assistant for a busy pediatric clinic in San Antonio, TX. This position is ideal for a dependable, patient-focused professional who enjoys working with children and supporting a compassionate healthcare team. The right candidate will have hands-on pediatric experience, strong communication skills, and a caring bedside manner.
PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- $16.00$18.00/hr DOE
- San Antonio, TX 78209
- MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Pay Card

PEDIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT DUTIES:
- Take and record patient vitals including height, weight, and temperature
- Administer immunizations and assist with injections
- Perform basic lab tests such as strep or flu swabs as needed
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patients
- Accurately document patient information in EMR system
- Assist providers during exams and procedures
- Communicate with parents and caregivers in a kind and professional manner
- Manage supplies and maintain inventory for exam rooms
PEDIATRIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year of pediatric medical assistant experience required
- Current MA certification preferred
- Knowledge of immunizations and common pediatric procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
