We are seeking a candidate with a solid understanding of the litigation process and a desire to advance their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least 2 years of experience, we encourage you to apply! The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a clientfocused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of your cases. However, our partners are always available for advice and guidance. Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • 2-6 years experience in Employment litigation
  • Skilled at drafting and arguing motions
  • Conduct depositions and engage in all aspects of trial preparation
  • Actively participate in mediations and negotiating settlements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Member of the CA bar in good standing
