About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst Intern to join us for Spring 2026.

This is a great opportunity for a student with strong analytical skills to contribute to real-time projects that drive decision-making across departments including Legal, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.

What You'll Do


  • Assist in collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple internal systems (e.g., CRM, case management tools)

  • Support cross-functional teams by translating business questions into technical data queries

  • Maintain and optimize dashboards to track performance, outcomes, and operational trends

  • Contribute to the development and testing of data automation scripts and reporting pipelines

  • Help ensure data accuracy through routine validation and quality checks

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ad-hoc reporting needs and documentation

What We’re Looking For


  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science)

  • Exposure to SQL, Python, and Snowflake for data querying and analysis

  • Familiarity with Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Comfortable working with large datasets and performing quality assurance

  • Effective communicator who is curious, organized, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment

Preferred but Not Required


  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Exposure to data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau Prep, Alteryx) or RPA platforms like UiPath

  • Interest in text analysis or natural language processing tools
